Join us for Story Camp- A series of workshops that explores the art of creating for television!
Story Camp: Everything you need to know about writing a Television Pilot is a 2.5 hour virtual workshop that will feature all of the key elements you need to know in order to write your television pilot.
In this workshop we will explore:
What exactly is a television pilot and what are the key elements you must have in order to make yours stand out?
What genre and world does your television series live in?
Developing a story concept from the heart
Creating characters that audiences want to live with
Crafting a compelling pilot hook and premise
Understanding Story Structure for ½ hour and 1 hour Pilots
We will also be joined by a panel of industry professionals who will share their insight on creating a television show that people love, working with studios and the screenwriting development process.
Our panel of screenwriters have worked with Studios and Networks such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, OWN and more.
A brief Q & A with our guests will follow.
